Black and White is the theme of this year’s annual show and sale by the Artists’ Workshop.
The group of 11 has been active for 27 years and still has two original members.
“Over the group’s lifespan, new members have been carefully selected to ensure the group maintains a high level of skill and diversity in media, style and subject matter,” says the group.
New work on display ranges from Lorraine Khachatourians’s realistic oil paintings of reflections in household objects, to Valerie Munch’s watercolours of gardens and Saskatchewan scenes, and Bobbi Clackson-Walker’s ink paintings on glass and illuminated paper sculptures.
The event runs Friday from 7 to 9 p.m., in the auditorium of Grace Westminster United Church, 505 10th Street East and continues Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday from noon to 4 p.m.
