Saskatoon Transit to try increased bus frequency on 22nd Street
Saskatoon Transit director Jim McDonald is refusing to let trains stop the progress of the bus system. More specifically, Saskatoon Transit is moving ahead with a plan this summer to increase the frequency of buses along 22nd Street West despite the substantial obstacle posed by railway delays. Click here to read more … 

Major price increases to Naloxone in the United States not affecting prices in Saskatchewan

As prices continue to steadily increase south of the border on the life-saving opioid overdose reversal drug Naloxone, it remains unclear if Saskatchewan, who has only recently begun allowing residents easy access to the drug, will slowly begin to see similar increases. As Gavin McInnes strode toward the entrance of Washington’s National Press Club in January, a black-balaclaved “anti-fascist” protester lunged toward him. “Get the f— out of here,” the picketer shouted. The tuxedoed McInnes reacted swiftly. Spinning around, he grabbed the demonstrator’s mask and took a couple of long-range swings at the man. Some public figures might have, on reflection, voiced regret at the sudden resort to fisticuffs. Riders switch gears from pre-season to regular season

The transition from the CFL pre-season to the regular season is a short one for the Saskatchewan Roughriders. The Green and White has two on-field sessions scheduled before Thursday’s regular-season opener in Montreal against Darian Durant and the Alouettes.
