Somehow, we’ve made it through another week. We made it through a huge summer storm and now we need to find something to do this weekend. Take a look at these options. Something in here should get your interest.
1. Taste of Saskatchewan is a great place to unwind after a long week. There are dozens of food options and plenty of entertainment. Why not give this a shot and enjoy the outdoors too.
2. The FIBA 3×3 World Masters is on Saturday and Sunday downtown at 4th Avenue and 21st Street. Some of the world’s best basketball players will be fighting for their countries. Watch these top-notch athletes in a fast-paced environment.
3. The annual Shakespeare on the Saskatchewan has returned this summer with Twelfth Night and Richard III. This staple of the summer is always a great and fun way to enjoy Shakespeare. Tickets can be bought in advance or at the onsite box office.
4. Family Day at the Zoo runs Sunday. Funds raised at the event go to support environmental education programs at the zoo. Expect to be entertaining and informed. Admission for the family is $24.
5. Hows does it feel? Well, go ask Bob Dylan and see what he has to say. The music icon Nobel-laureate performs Friday at SaskTel Centre.
